The Makita 18V LXT Brushless Cordless 1/4 Sheet Finishing Sander (XOB02) offers all the power and control of a corded version but without the cord. It offers fine finish sanding for a variety of applications. There are two speed settings at 11,000, and 14,000 Orbits Per Minute (OPM) that can be selected through a convenient one-touch speed control. The XOB02Z uses 4-1/2″ X 4″ abrasive paper.
The battery and motor locations are engineered to reduce flutter for a more evenly finished surface. It features an efficient through-the-pad dust collection system with a built-in dust port making it easy to connect to a Makita vacuum system for a cleaner work environment.
