The cordless screw gun gets 2,000 RPMs and utilizes Dewalt’s Versa-Clutch system, which prevents damage to the tool and fasteners. The system disengages the clutch once torque is reached to keep screw slots or heads intact.
For improved efficiency, the screw gun is powered by a brushless motor, which extends run time. Other features on the cordless screw gun include a 1/4″ quick-release hex drive and a built-in LED work light for illuminating dark spaces. The tool is compatible with the Simpson Strong-Tie Quik Drive screw gun adapter (DWA3G2), letting you connect any G2 auto-feed attachment. The DCF622M2 Versa-Clutch kit is backed by a 3-year manufacturer warranty. The DCF622M2 does not come with a bit holder system.
