It’s strong enough for cracked and uncracked concrete, and qualified for seismic, static and windy conditions. This carbon steel, zinc plated mechanical anchor is designed for dry, indoor use.
The THDB25312CS is removable, making it suitable for temporary outdoor use, or applications where fixtures may need to be moved. Its 6-lobe drive reduces driver-bit cam-outs, making installation easier. Install this screw with the included T30 bit. Recommended fixture hole size is 3/8” to 7/16”.
