The jig saw has a stroke length of about 1 In., delivering a cutting capability up to 4.7″ in wood and up to 0.8″ in aluminum. It has four orbital-action settings for cut control and auto-stop to stop the stroke mechanism. The saw also has a large die-cast aluminum footplate with no-mar plastic overshoe to help prevent damage to the workpiece. The cut lines stay visible due to the dust blower and LED light.
