The Stainless Steel Deck-Drive DCU Composite Screw from Simpson Strong-Tie is created specifically for use with the Quik Drive PRO300SG2 Wood Decking System . Made of 316 Stainless Steel for superior corrosion resistance, these screws are ideal for use in marine or high exposure environments. A unique cut point on this #10 x 2-3/4″ Deck-Drive Screw allows for a rapid start and effortless material penetration. Its tri-lobe thread design prevents damage to composite materials. Other features include a cap head to prevent mushrooming, and inverted upper threads to help clear excess material and facilitate proper seating. Deck-Drive DCU screws are approved for use with Trex brand composite decking. These stainless steel screws feature a painted head to blend perfectly with a red deck.
